Who am I?

  • I’m a white, queer, currently non-disabled, neurosparkly trans woman working hard to nurture the parts of myself that are marginalised and deconstruct the parts that have been trained in dominance

  • I work as the senior operations manager for Greater Manchester’s NHS trans healthcare service (views here are always mine, and not those of my employer, they’ll be happy to know)

  • I’m an international coach and consultant (get me) with over 20 years of experience supporting senior people and forward-thinking organisations to evolve their leadership, communication and culture

  • I’m the author of Presentation Now (Pearson 2015), a WHSmith Business Book of the Month

  • I’m active in educating myself and others around racism, misogyny, ableism, transphobia and queer antagonism

  • I have consistently high hopes (bless) of getting better at: writing, drawing, knitting, running, journalling, doing Tai Chi/Qi Gong, speaking German/Spanish/Mandarin, making clothes that actually fit me, and reading the piles and piles of books that I keep purchasing. I do meditate daily and have done for about 20 years, so at least there’s that.
